Speedy Order Processing and Delivery
Whether you place your order for software through our online store, accept our online quotation or confirm via email, we want to get it to you as fast as possible and for you to be delighted with your purchase.
Software Downloads and Activation Codes
For software downloads or activation codes, we will process your order within the hour during the working week and expect to be able to deliver your software download link or activation code within 48 hours under normal circumstances.
If your order is urgent, or you are working to a tight deadline, we will do our best to get it to you within the same working day if it is at all possible. Sometimes we are constrained by our vendors who have their own requirements for checking and approval before the order can be released, but we will do our best for you.
Software may be returned only if permitted by the publisher’s returns policy. Please request a return within 14 days of software download via email to email@example.com and we will advise you of the process. Note that once you have requested a refund you may no longer use the software so should uninstall it. Where eligible, a refund will be made within 7 working days of completing the returns process.
Please note that In some cases when software is downloaded, once activated the software is yours and cannot be cancelled or returned. So please ask as many questions as you like before purchase so that we can help you choose the right application for your needs. Please also ask us about free trials and software demonstrations as we are here to help.
If you have any problems installing your software and activating your licenses once purchased, technical support is available. We also offer software training to get you started.
Hardware and 3D Print Consumables Delivery
For orders placed online or by telephone or email, if received by 2pm Monday to Friday we normally despatch the same day.
Delivery charges are based on weight and speed of requirement, but wherever possible are scheduled for next working day delivery.
Return of Hardware and 3D Print Consumables
If you decide you do not want your item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and unopened in its original packaging, we will happily accept the item back, and a refund will be made within 7 working days of our receipt of returned item/s.
We will refund or replace any item that arrives damaged or defective.
All returns must be organised in advance or they will not be accepted. Please email us at 3D@cadventure.co.uk or call 020 7436 9004 to organise a return. Items that you wish to return must be received within 14 days of your notification to us.
If an item is sent incorrectly by us to you, we will organise collection free of charge.
In the unlikely event of a pricing error listed on our website, we will endeavour to uphold the advertised price. However, we reserve the right to cancel an order (or part of an order) should this not be possible.
