Revision
Cloud Tool
A utility for drawing revision clouds in a design
file through the MicroStation, PowerDraft or Redline
interface. The cloud can be defined by either an ellipse
or series of points. A comment can also be included
in the form of a tag.

Schedule Tool
This program produces a schedule of areas from a floor
layout by extracting information from a design file
and presenting it on an Excel spreadsheet. As well
as recording areas in both Sq FT and Sq Metres any
information held as tag data can be added to the spreadsheet.
This application is available as a standard product
but will typically need customising to client needs.

program counts cells with related information in data
fields or tags and presents a schedule in an Excel

Planning Tool
Starting from a schedule of required spaces in a building
held as an Excel spreadsheet, this application builds
a floor layout based on this brief. Areas are closely
monitored against the brief and any differences recorded
on the spreadsheet.

Table Manager
This application enables easy creation and management
of level tables to the industry recognised standard
BS1192 part5. The easy-to-use interface allows users
to create and review levels from meaningful “english”
names while corporate-defined standards are specified
and extracted behind the scenes from an Excel spreadsheet.

Plot
Issue Manager
The issue process can often be a tedious and labour-intensive
one, often requiring the construction of 3 separate
files: the plot file, a flattened dgn of the plot
and the same image as a dwg. This program automates
the production of these 3 modes of output from one
or more files using a fence which is constructed according
to a user-specified rule.
By using environment variables to define the rules
for fence placement and location of the output files
the whole process, once defined, is fully automated.
